Movement · Relaxation · Recovery
Exerlax combines guided movement, relaxation routines and recovery products so your body is ready for tomorrow.
Built for active adults, amateur athletes, desk-bound bodies and studio floors.
Tonight’s routine
Hip openers, breathing reset and a warm wrap. Twelve minutes, no equipment needed.
Short, repeatable sequences that keep hips, shoulders and hamstrings moving through their full range.
Breathing and wind-down audio you can follow after training or at the end of a long desk day.
Rollers, balls and wraps chosen to work with the routines rather than sit in a cupboard.
Mats, warmth and quiet corners that make winding down something you actually look forward to.
Routine builder
Answer the three prompts and Exerlax suggests a short sequence with timings. This is a demo tool and the routines are illustrative estimates, not personalised advice.
Choose an answer to all three questions to see a routine.
Every routine is built from the same library of mobility, release and breathing steps, then trimmed to the time you have.
How it works
A hard session, an easy walk or eight hours at a desk all leave the body in a different state. The routine starts there.
Mobility, release and breathing in an order that flows, with timings so you never have to guess how long to hold something.
A roller, a ball or a heat wrap where it helps, and a comfortable place to finish. Recovery ends the day rather than interrupting it.
Recovery essentials
Four pieces cover almost everything in the routine library. Prices shown are illustrative for this concept demo.

Medium-density roller for quads, calves and upper back.
Two firmness levels for feet, glutes and shoulders.
Cordless warmth for lower back, shoulders and hips.
Thicker than a yoga mat, made for floor work and stillness.
Illustrative situations that show how Exerlax would fit into a week. They are examples written for this concept demo, not real customer accounts.
Twenty kilometres done, legs heavy by the afternoon. A twelve-minute hip and hamstring sequence before dinner, heat wrap while the kettle boils.
Six hours in a chair and a stiff neck by five. Five minutes of thoracic opening and breathing, done on the office floor without changing clothes.
A wellness studio closing the evening with a twenty-minute restorative slot, using mats, balls and a shared routine card.
About the name
Exerlax is a coined name: exer from exercise, lax from relax. It reads the way the brand works, with effort and ease held together rather than treated as opposites.
It is short, easy to say aloud, and it carries the recovery and comfort positioning without needing an explanation. That makes it as comfortable on a product label as it is on a studio timetable.
